Inter Philadelphia Education Center attend Hispanic students and its main goal is to provide an affordable college experience that will allow them to obtain an academic degree to serve their community.

Teacher Education Program
The IAUPR Teacher Education Program has a philosophical foundation of a behaviorist, constructivist and humanist character. Under the constructivist perspective the aspiring teacher is considered as an active and totally reflective person in his professional formation process. On the other hand, the humanist approach orients the educational process of the future teacher towards his integral development as a being human.
Academic Programs
Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education: Preschool Level
The program consists of 126 credits:
- General Education Requirements – 54 credits
- Core Course Requirements – 41 credits
- Major Requirements – 28 credits
- Elective Courses – 3 credits
Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education: Preschool through Fourth Grade PK-4
The program consists of 132 credits:
- General Education Requirements – 51 credits
- Core Course Requirements – 41 credits
- Major Requirements – 37 credits
- Elective Courses – 3 credits
Admission Requirements for the Teacher Education Programs
To be admitted to the program, students must meet the following criteria:
- Have a minimum grade point average (GPA) of 2.50 at high school level.
